The Landing team is proud to announce that The Landing has won the Best Luxury Accommodation Award at the Lion Hospitality NZ Awards for Excellence 2023.
The Best Luxury Accommodation category celebrates excellence in the realm of luxury accommodation, encompassing a wide range of offerings such as lodges, motels, bed & breakfasts, apartments, boutique properties, and more.
The Landing distinguished itself by showcasing an astute understanding of the evolving luxury market’s expectations and by offering a truly unique, experience-driven stay for its guests.
The judges for the award remarked that they were staggered by the quality of The Landing’s four guest Residences, all of which were designed by Cheshire Architects, as well as the care and attention to detail shown across the property and the authenticity of the experiences offered to guests, which include wildlife-spotting expeditions on The Landing’s vessel Iti Rangi, a tour of cultural heritage sites at the property, wine-tasting and a vineyard tour at the property’s winery and guided kiwi-spotting walks at night.
