Four architecturally designed homes, known as The Residences, are set within The Landing’s 1000-acre property. Each Residence is a singular, refined retreat set in a unique landscape. Spacious and relaxed, they can cater to small or large groups, providing privacy, total flexibility, and attentive personal service.
A private chef is available to cater all meals. On-site activities available to guests include wine tastings, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, tennis, and guided kiwi-spotting walks, all of which are included in each stay (during our shoulder and peak seasons). Every aspect of every stay will be carefully tailored to suit the bespoke needs of the guests, from dining to activities and itineraries.
