At this time of year, we’re all looking forward to the Christmas break, when we can rest, recharge, rethink and start the new year with a fresh burst of enthusiasm. But sometimes it doesn’t take too long before the pace of regular life starts to chip away at our energy and good resolutions.
Our Women’s Recharge Weekend in late March will be the perfect pick-me-up to keep you on track with your wellbeing, career and life balance goals. It’s three days and two nights of luxurious rejuvenation set in an incredible natural paradise.
Your wellness journey will be led by Mindfulness Auckland meditation and yoga teacher Barbara Draper and Tonic Room. You’ll be nurtured, nourished and taken care of by the talented team at The Landing during your stay in our luxury accommodation, with everything you need to relax, unwind and reset right at hand.
It’s a perfect getaway on your own or with a group of friends, participating in as many sessions as you like. Activities available through the weekend include guided meditations, instructor-led yoga, fireside chats on an array of wellness topics, therapeutic massage, facials, cooking demonstrations with The Landing chef, Jackie Smith, a vineyard tour and a guided kiwi-spotting walk. There are also mountain bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, tennis court, a gym, steam room and extensive walking tracks available for your use.
