Delicious seafood, sometimes just hours out of the clean waters of the Bay of Islands, is accompanied by fresh produce from our gardens and orchard.

With the arrival of summer, Northland’s seafood is at its best, and Chef Jackie has been making the most of it for our guests.

Light and creamy ceviches, kingfish crudo dressed with zingy herb oils, whole stuffed and roasted snapper, huge buttery crayfish tails and platters of fresh salads and fruit plucked from our gardens and orchard have been gracing the tables and picnic platters in the last few weeks.
