Winter is a time of retreat and comfort at The Landing, and chef Jacqueline’s food reflects the change in the seasons.

With a focus on showcasing the best of the region, fresh-caught local fish, and fruit, herbs and vegetables grown in The Landing’s on-site gardens and orchard, the menus she’s preparing for our guests blend comforting bases, piquant herbs and locally-raised or caught proteins.
